welcome to the future of x-men
Jean gray is alive she was in a coma for 3 years after Logan stabbed her but she has healed now and is an active member of the X-men team and she is helping her young daughter learn to control her powers, spending so much time with her daughter is putting pressure on Jean and Scott's relationship, the fact that Jean's daughter is also the youngest daughter of Logan is adding pressure but both are fighting to make there relationship work.
Scott and the professor are both alive and well they let jean think they died because they had to so she would get better. Now they are both active parts of the X-men team though both have a new found appreciation for life.
There is a new treat the government has this agency called weapon X, this new agency has come up with a way to engineer mutants, created them from the blood of other mutants but effectively programing them so that they are trained to kill other mutants...
Weapon X is doing all this in a place called the X site the first two mutants to come out of these expectorants is Desiree Howlett the second was Lily Gray-Howlet both are the daughters of James 'Logan' Howlett Lilys mother is Jean Gray.
Both girls effectively escaped from the X site and found the x-men Lily was welcomed so was Desiree but Desiree only seemed to trust there father while lily became friends with the students easily as she grew fond of both her parents now of course the x-men have to find the X site and put a stop to there plans but along the way Desiree and Lily got tracked down and taken again although both girls are back with the x-men both of them have gifts with them. Both sisters are now having babies to weapon X the babys are apart of Weapon X's experiment to see if there can be created mutant children...

He had woken up three hours before the classes even started. There was so much work for him to do before it was his time to go, but this was Scott Summers, the concieted jerk who knows what he is capable of.
The door flew open as Scott walked out of his office, he turned around giving a smirk as his hands swam into his briefcase and arose a gold plate as Scott stuck it to his door. Scott then mumbled to himself "That's better" and began walking. The door would now be recognized as his office from it saying: "Professor Scott Summers Office"
He had entered his classroom already and of course there was no one here, just the way he wanted it. He lifted his black marker and began writing across the whiteboard revealing his name and the daily assignments today.
This was his first day as a professor, he had waited for his degree ever since he enrolled here and after the good and bad times throughout his years it finally came to him. Scott Summers, your professor of Math within the School for the Gifted.
The whiteboard was finsh with Scott's assignments and set the marker down. He then looked at the empty desks in front of him. His white lab coat draping form the wind form the open windows and he awaited for his young "gifted" students.

Lily woke up early as usual nobody would ever get her out of that habit even though her sister father and mother had all tried to get her to wake up later, like when the sun is up rather then down. Lily climbed out of her bed and walked over to the window and opened it and she smiled and said "good morning world" then she went back in and pulled out some shorts and a top and she threw them on before she went over to her mirror and tried to tidy her messy red hair, the hair that was a flaming reminder of who her mother was to anybody who looked at her, Lily managed to brush her hair so all the notts and mess was gone and she quickly tied it up in two plates down by her ears then she went and fastened the necklace that said 'Lily Gray-Howlett' around her neck and slipped her feet into some flats before she went down to the kitchen.
Lily went to the kitchen and made herself some cornflakes with milk and no sugar and she sat down there eating till she had finished then she got up and headed to the libary and she sat and read till it was time for her first class she didn't no which professor she had today on if only she did she would have skipped her class all together but no she didn't she went to class.
Lily knocked quietly on the door and her soft voice which she had also inherited from her mother came through "Hello professor" she saw his name and managed to hide a groan of displeasure she new about his and her mothers relationship and she approved of it but her being Logan's daughter as well s jeans had been causing problems which lily also new about so she often tried to avoid seeing Scott in hopes that if he doesn't see her then her mother and him could fix things between them.

Scott turned around seeing the pink haired woman before him, it took a minute to recognize, Lily Gray-Howlett, daughter of Logan and....Jean. This would normally place him in shock of knowing she was one of his students but he couldn't break down. He was a different Scott now, he had to place perosnal feelings aside for his students and his teammates.
"Welcome Ms.Lily, this is the math course so I hope you ready to learn the tactics of using numbers for your abilities. I am your teacher of course, Scott Summers as you know, but it's Professor Summers to you...please have a seat..by the way, off the records, red hair girls were always attractive".
Of course Scott would say something like that, beautiful women can go pass him without some sort of recognition. He sat at his desk looking over to her.

Lily looked at Scott and went and sat down and said and said "its just Lily no Ms. everybody knows that there is no Ms. seeing as how I am just a girl nothing special" she smiled as she used her power from her mum to open her back and ull out her books and line them up on the table as she said "i wouldn't be my mothers daughter if i didn't come to classes ready to learn now would i" she new she shouldn't have said that but she couldn't help it she was awfully snappy today because Remy and her Dad had gotten into another big blow up over her of course, they both cared about her but sometimes it just drove her nuts her father didn't want her having a boyfriend and her boyfriend though she was old enough to make up her own mind about that subject nether of them cared what she had to say they just liked to fight with each other.
Lily looked at him and said "well we already no that you like red heads don't we" it was a refrance to his strained relationship with her mother of course, Lily picked up a pen in her hand and flicked open her book with speed that she had gotten from her father, since both her parents were teaching her how to use her powers they had told her to use them when ever she could so she got to no them better, of course Lily hated this idea because she liked to do things the old fashioned way and take her time but she did what she was told like a good girl...

Scott listened to what she had to say, he noticed her remark towards him being attracted to red heads. He sure understood the theme from that. He also noticed the hostility coming form her, it seems she was under some bumps in her own life too. Scott looked up at her and spoke:
"Lily, I understand how you feel, I know you know the circumstances between your mother an I, but there is also some other things are troubleing you, and I'm not just a math teacher Lily, I've also helped my fellow teammates when they were at their low points and as one of my students you are welcome to my advice at anytime.

Lily looked at him and snapped "i no you and i no what my mum says about you, she adores you which is why i wont talk to you about my life because my life involves a person we all no you would much rather be shoved in a hole in the ground that stay living another minute" Lily looked at her book she new she had inherted her fathers anger issues which less then pleased her she looked back at him and said "the father being a pain, i have started dating and he doesn't like it, or maybe he just doesn't like my choice in boyfriend ether way he is always on my case and he is always fighting with him and its nuts i mean i am not a kid everybody knows that, i am a big girl i no how to take care of myself i have done so fine all these years but now that i am here i think i would prefer to be back in the lab at least there i didn't have to worry about my father killing Remy just cus i chose him as my boyfriend i mean ok they have history but its not like i am as stupid as most girls my age i am mature and i no how to handle myself so why cant he just leave it alone" Lily reilised she had just snapped and told him what was going on and man she was now annoyed at her own stupid big mouth she mentally kicked herself and said "sorry its just father acting like a child kinda gets annoying"

Scott took every word she said into his thoughts. He was correct form his perspective, she indeed had her own bumps in the road. She had spoken of Remy being her boyfriend. This surprisingly placed Scott in shock, he indeed knew about Remy and his indecent charms among women knowing they couldn't resist against it.
"Well Lily, let me say this, I can't blame your father being they way he is towards Remy, him and Logan had some really big rivalries and they just seem to continue. I just want to give you a few pointers about Remy, i'm sure you know about his amazing charm towards women and you dating him is a good example. I'm not saying he is a bad guy, i'll just say for you to keep a lookout for him. He can be a devious man, but I respect your adulthood and say that you can make any choice you want Lily, like I stated before, i'm only here to give you what I know to help your situations."
He closed his briefcase and relaxed a bit more in his seat, it had been awhile since he gave a few words like that ever since what happened between Rogue and Remy, but this was just the guy he is, he would always try to be there to help.

"Just for the record Remy put all the girls along with my father in there places when he kissed me with practically the whole school watching, i don't think i have to worry about him and other girls, and he is sure better then most guys here" she looked around and noticed that still nobody else had arrived for the class so she grumbled and said "where the hell is everybody i mean shouldn't the class be full of annoying ratty students asking stupid question about which they should already no the answer" Lily smiled she new most of the kids would be stupid and ask Scott his name just to annoy the hell out of him even though everybody knows who he is then they will be stupid and ask what the class is even though its written on the board just to bug him since that's the way the bratty kids where like here she looked up at the board for the first time and read what was on it and she sighed and said "this is gonna be a long day"

"Come to think of it, I have no idea either, it seems no one is into Math these days..."
Scott then took a deep breath and looked over to the outside of his door, it seems no one else was going to come in, not even take a glance at that.
"There has to be something wrong, but Lily, if Remy is who you really want, then that's your decision..hopefully he'll come over his devious ways and finally settle down for once...excuse me for my negative comments..."
He stood up looking out the window, the sun was gleaming as the front yard was nice and beautiful.
"Today sure looks great, it's too bad everyone can't feel how the day is...although I remember myself being the same..."
He chuckled at his own remark, Scott had always been with problems in his past times and they always seem to catch up to him.

Lily laughed and said "i must have lost my mind to even think of turning up to a maths class" she looked over to the window and said "the day seems even better when you wake up early and watch the sun come up" she put some of her books away and left only one out along with her pen and she said "this is nuts, i mean everybody should be in class they are meant to be in class if the professor new about this he would flip, he told everybody we had to start going to all classes now, but it seems like everybody is skipping class again" Lily looked around the room getting very annoyed at the lack of students here she even considered using her powers to tell them all to get there butts in here but relised that might not be the best idea

Scott then looked over to Lily, it seemed she was somewhat disgusted of no one being here. It really didn't phase him that much, he would most likely see the students outside of class and give each one detention anyway.
"Well Lily, what exactly do you feel like doing?, I can't give you the lesson for today with just you being in the class.."
He walked over to his desk in the front of the classroom and closed up his briefcase and took as slight look at his watch, he then gave a low sigh.
"I'm going to take a trip to the kitchen for some coffee, if you don't mind having a outside of school session with your professor...come along if you'd like...."
Scott lifted up his briefcase and took a last look around the room before he would exit.

Lily closed up her book and put it in her bag with her pen and said "i dunno, i mean if the professor catches me out side of class i might get into some kind of trouble" when he suggested she go to the kitchen with him she said "that sounds cool i mean there is food down there and i love food, i love ice-cream the most" She picked up her bag and threw it over one shoulder and she stood up and tucked her chair in and said "very lousy day" she looked around the room before she headed over to the door and said "so what exactly is wrong with you and mum? i mean you both care about each other a lot so i don't understand why the both of you cant just forget that the government made some freak from her and dad's DNA and just be happy, i mean mum is so better of with you then with dad anyway, dad doesn't hang around long enough to really understand what feels are but i bet you and mum were great together before i showed up"
